STEP 1
Choose from our designs for a new build and contact us for an estimated budget.
STEP 2
Once we receive your contact form, we will schedule a call to discuss your project and begin the design phase. We will discuss key features and any structural upgrades you would like to include in your home.
STEP 3
After our call we will schedule a site visit and guide you through the necessary lot preparations, inform you on best practices for site access, and assess your lot for the most ideal and efficient placement of your future home.
This process costs between $2500-$3500 if you are located in the Lower Mainland. Cost may vary upon location. We strive to serve you in the most efficient and helpful way possible.
STEP 4
Final design reviewed and locked. Total budget is determined.
STEP 5
Kiwi has a team on staff that can help you with your building permit process if you plan to build your home in British Columbia. We can prepare your Permit Drawings and Building Permit Application for you.
If you are outside of BC, Kiwi can still prepare your Permit Drawings, but we recommend that a local expert submits your Building Permit Application on your behalf.
STEP 6
Once permits are approved, we build your new home in our controlled facility, and if you are located within the Lower Mainland and Howe Sound Islands we offer foundation services for your convenience.
Locations outside those regions should be done by your general contractor. Kiwi will provide your general contractor with consultation necessary for best success of matching up with our panel system. Any additional site preparation done by your contractor is executed at this time as well.
