What is Panelized?

A panelized building system incorporates construction techniques that use advanced technology, quality materials and a controlled work environment to build energy-efficient homes in less time.  At kiwi, we want to make healthy homes the norm. Building your home in our Prefab Studio helps us to achieve this through maximizing efficiency and minimizing material waste.

We can build a healthy home in under two months in our Prefab Facility, and erect it in on your property in 2-3 days.

What sets us apart

Our Materials

Hempcrete -  used for insulation in lieu of spray foam, Hempcrete is a biofibre composed of hemp herd and lime as a mineral binder. This material is breathable, allowing moisture to evaporate in your home. It adds to the home's insulation and makes your home fire resistant. Hemp is also carbon sequestering, capturing more carbon than it emits.
